1.In general, when you directly drag an STL file into the slicing software, the model is automatically placed in the center position of the slicing platform.
2.When dragging two STL files for dual-color printing, typically one of the models is positioned in the center. After merging the two models, the position of the merged model depends on the positions of the original two models, specifically located at the center of the line connecting the centers of the two models.
3.If the model is not centered,
A.Select the model and click on the left-side move button. A coordinate system will appear on the model. Left-click on the X-axis of the coordinate system (red arrow) to move the model left or right. Left-click on the Y-axis of the coordinate system (green arrow) to move the model forward or backward. Move it to the appropriate position on the print platform.
B.Select the model and click on the left-side move button. Set the expanded X, Y, Z coordinate values to 0. The model will return to the center position of the print platform.
C.Select the model and right-click. In the expanded options, click on "Center selected model." The model will return to the center position of the print platform.
